After choosing the leave type and dates along with the reason, employees can submit leave requests using the dashboard. Overall, the request will reach the right person.
Using the Elate leave management system, Managers or HR can approve or reject the request. It lets employees see the status easily.
Once leave is approved, the balance gets updated. Employees can check their remaining leave without depending on HR for every small update.
